We started serving 5 companies in Santander with a simple model: monthly contract, guaranteed attention, prevention before reaction. It worked. Today, 20+ years later, we manage 1,500+ devices for companies in Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, Bucaramanga, Barranquilla, Cúcuta, and Cartagena — with on-site technicians in every city and a unified operations center in Bucaramanga.
